Hello all, it’s Sean from Litchfield Collective. Spence and myself are excited to announce that the furniture is on order and we expect the soft opening to happen February 1st.

For the first phase opening we will be offering 25 monthly CoWorking memberships/passes at a discounted rate. We will offer day passes, weekly passes and monthly passes. The price will be dependent on when you plan on using the space. To get the full details on each membership, click here.

The first phase will include around 2,000 sq/ft of indoor space and then another 1,300 sq/ft or so of outdoor, patio coworking space. Membership includes mail service, high speed internet and much more.

Phase two we plan to start leasing in Feb and opening by March 1st is 20+ executive office spaces. Rates for executive office spaces will range from $359/mo for a small office to $759/mo for a larger office which can be used as team space. Litchfield Collective will provide high speed internet, a conference room and kitchen area. Executive Office members may also get access to the drop in space for a nominal fee.
